We deliver, set up, and take down the greeting. Our yard greetings are reserved for 48 hours. We typically set up the evening before the event and pick up the day after. Additional days can be purchased for $20. Yard Signs are for RENTAL unless otherwise noted. We also provide indoor installation services.

 

By renting from DC Dazzling Yard Signs, you indemnify DC Dazzling and all its representatives for any injury or damage that is caused to any person or personal property during your rental of the display. We also indemnify you if we injure ourselves while we are setting up the display.

 

• If part of the display is damaged or stolen you will be responsible for replacement. The current replacement cost is $40 per piece.

• Yards should be mowed, watered, and free of debris and pet waste prior to installation.

• Signs will not be installed in the backyard. 

• DC Dazzling reserves the right to photograph or video the installation at the location provided for marketing.

• Once signs are installed, no grass cutting or weed eating. Do not attach balloons or streamers to the signs.

• Please do not lean, play or sit on the yard signs. They are not designed to support body weight.

• All setups include an  advertising sign for DC Dazzling Yard Signs!

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation within 48 hours of your rental we have options for you. The first option is to receive 50% of your paid rate as a refund or the second option which is to retain the full amount paid as a credit for a future reservation.

 

Same-Day Cancellation

Same day cancellations WILL NOT receive a refund or credit.

 

You will NOT receive a refund if:

• The yard sign is a surprise, and the homeowner asks DC Dazzling not to set up or requests that the yard sign be removed.

• The incorrect address was provided and we are unable to reach you for the correct address, we will not be able to proceed.

•  Animals on the property prevent us from setting up the yard.

• We are denied access to a gated community.

• Any other reason beyond our control that prevents us from setting up the display.  Please remember to prepare your yard as requested.  Yards must be clean of animal debris and watered well. 

 

Inclement Weather Policy

Our team will make every effort to set up your yard sign. However, in the event of inclement weather (extreme heat, lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, snow or ice, etc.), we may not be able to do so. If this occurs you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule your yard greeting.

Rush Orders

Orders needed to be installed within a 72 hour period of booking will be charged an additional fee of $20. We have limited availability for last minute reservations. 

Delivery

Our standard service area is within 10 miles of our St. Louis County location (Florissant). We will check your location and let you know if an additional charge will be accessed.
